Contact Paper Paintings

Two years ago I made this in a Chris Guarisco "Techniques Workshop" during "The Colony" at Metairie Park Country Day. It was a couple of weeks before Hurricane Katrina.

I liked these colorful pieces. :)

Honestly, Mo, I don't know how you keep so many blogs going! I have trouble keeping two public and one private one going, and every time I come over to your profile, it seems like you have more blogs listed. HA! :D

Actually I killed five blogs a few months back. I simply moved the material to my other blogs. I haven't created any new blogs since last September.

There are some I still have to rework. After the initial excitement I have been stuck. I’m not sure how to proceed. It is work to keep all these blogs going. My expectations for generating new material were much rosier when I started.

I created some blogs around specific types of art. The trouble has been going back to those genres. The dot art continues to be my most successful art.

Having all those blogs networked encourages visitors to explore. I see that from looking at AdSense and Google Analytic stats.
