Marbleized Paper

Since Katrina I have been looking for some marbleized paper I made during a talent visual art workshop. Just recently I came across the pieces. We dripped enamel paint on the surface of water in a metal pan. Janelle Trosclair demonstrated the technique to us. There are eight of these altogether. Many of them look like the abstract paintings I make.

Paths

At a Gwen Impson "Monoprint Workshop" I printed these three pieces. This was a workshop sponsored by the Jefferson Parish Talented Visual Art Program.

Monoprint

Local artist and talented visual art teacher, Larry Nevil demonstrated monoprinting to the West Bank Art Guild. He brought supplies for artists to make their own prints. Larry made this a fun workshop with the odd materials and techniques he used.
